Gymnastics Coach

Come Join Us as a Gymnastics Coach at Dakota Gold Academy!  $15-25 per hour.

Are you passionate about gymnastics and inspiring young athletes to reach their full potential? Do you have experience coaching gymnastics and a commitment to creating a positive and supportive environment for athletes to thrive in? If so, we want you to join our team at Dakota Gold Academy in Watertown, SD!  

Key Responsibilities as a Gymnastics Coach:

  • Develop and implement training programs for gymnasts of all levels
  • Provide instruction and feedback on proper technique and form
  • Create a safe and inclusive environment for all athletes
  • Collaborate with other coaches to plan and execute team practices and competition readiness
  • Motivate and inspire gymnasts to set and achieve their goals

Qualifications for the Gymnastics Coach position:

  • Previous experience coaching gymnastics 
  • Knowledge of gymnastics techniques and training methods
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for working with youth athletes
  • Ability to work as part of a team
